Account

To open an account with us, you must be a registered business, as we exclusively serve B2B clients. During the registration process, we will collect basic information about your business. Additionally, you will need to provide a W-9 form and a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or Resale Certificate.

You do not need an account to browse the site. However, in order to buy from Total Wholesale, you will need to create an account. This will also allow you to easily access past orders and pay for products in the future.

Our account approval process typically takes 1-2 business days. Once your account is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can start making purchases immediately. If you have any questions or need assistance during the application process, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Purchasing

We accept payments via cash, wire transfer, payment through our payment portal, corporate checks and bank checks. If checks are returned due to insufficient funds, we will charge the customer for reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.

We receive new stock daily, thanks to our wide network of product sources. Our inventory is constantly changing, so we encourage you to visit our website frequently to discover new and exciting finds. You might be pleasantly surprised by the variety of products we have available each day!

At Total Wholesale, we sell merchandise that comes from many sources including distressed retailers, wholesalers, insurance claims and bankruptcies. Our goods are First-Cost Goods. 

There are no Returns or Exchanges allowed. All sales are final.

Total Wholesale, LLC DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS. Once an order is paid and/or is being processed or said vendor has been paid, the order process cannot be cancelled and customer cannot be refunded except at the sole discretion of Total Wholesale, LLC.

Shipping & Delivery

We can arrange shipping for you as a courtesy. We use UPS Freight. After your online purchase, an account manager will contact you to arrange shipping.  All we need is your shipping address, and some details about the location (loading dock, forklift, business or residential). We will get you a quote for the shipping rate prior to invoicing, so that you can pay for everything at the same time. Due to the large number of truckloads we ship monthly, we are typically able to obtain better rates than you can, which saves you money.

Most orders ship within 5 business days following order confirmation and the clearing of your payment. From the time you send payment and it clears through our bank, delivery is usually between 10-15 days.
